What’s the biggest misconception about your industry?
One of the biggest misconceptions about this industry is that quality work is hard to find or unreliable when using gig platforms. In reality, there are countless skilled, dedicated professionals who simply lack visibility. Platforms like i’llTip are breaking that myth by making it easier to connect with affordable, talented service providers — quickly and confidently
What’s one mistake you made in the beginning and what did you learn from it?
The entire journey of building i’llTip has been filled with challenges, but the greatest ongoing struggle is simply keeping the business alive while driving consistent growth. Every day brings its own set of hurdles—whether it’s limited capital and the constant pursuit of funding, developing a product that truly delivers a seamless user experience, or creating the awareness needed to get people to adopt and trust the platform at a significant speed. Beyond the technical and financial aspects, one of the most personal struggles is maintaining the right mindset—bringing energy and focus every single day, even when things are tough. My way of managing this is by stepping back when needed, resetting, and asking God for grace and strength to keep pushing forward. That spiritual grounding gives me the clarity and perseverance I need to keep going
What was your favorite music artist and athlete growing up?
Micheal Jackson favorite for sure and athlete no one really stands out but I like the soccer player Ronaldinho
