Short version: this site does not track you. We hold the details founders give us for their own interview, and an email address if we have written to you.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by us and no third-party embeds that profile you. Pages are static files. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

If you are interviewed

We hold what you send us: your answers, your name, your business details, the photographs you supply and the email address we correspond on. We use them to produce and publish your interview, and to contact you about it. We do not sell them and we do not share them with advertisers.

If we contacted you

We approach founders whose work we have read, using business contact details published on their own website or in existing coverage. If you would rather not hear from us, reply and say so, or write to the address below, and we will remove you.

Published interviews

A published interview is public and intended to stay that way — that is the point of it. If something in yours is wrong or out of date we will correct it on the original page. If you need it removed entirely, write to us and we will discuss it with you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your contact details. Write to michael@businessstoriesmag.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page. It was last updated August 26, 2026.
