So nice to meet you! First off, what’s your name? Tell our readers a bit about yourself—where you’re from originally and where you live now.
So nice to meet you! My name is Elizabeth Hall. I'm originally from Northern California and currently live in Pasadena, California. I'm the founder of eeze Natural Health, a woman-owned digestive wellness company inspired by my own lifelong journey with gut health. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked as a flight attendant and later built a career in real estate. Each chapter of my life has shaped who I am today and ultimately led me to create a business rooted in solving a problem I personally understood. I'm passionate about entrepreneurship, wellness, community, and helping people feel more comfortable and confident in their everyday lives. I'm also a big believer in resilience, positive thinking, and continuing to move forward, even when life doesn't go according to plan.
Tell us one thing you love about where you live now?
One thing I absolutely love about living in Southern California is the weather, it's pretty close to perfection! I love being able to enjoy the sunshine, get outside, take a walk, and spend time outdoors almost year-round. There's something about the California sunshine that instantly lifts my mood and keeps me feeling energized and inspired.
Tell us a little bit more about what your company does and how it started? How does it help your customers?
eeze Natural Health is a woman-owned digestive wellness company creating clean, convenient supplements designed to make gut health easier to manage in real life. Our products support digestive wellness and bowel regularity, whether you're traveling, navigating a busy lifestyle, or simply looking to build a healthier daily gut routine.
The company was born from my own lifelong struggle with digestive issues. I spent years dealing with chronic constipation and trying products that often left me with cramping, urgency, or other uncomfortable side effects. Later, while working as a flight attendant, I saw firsthand how travel could make digestive problems even worse. Changes in routine, long flights, dehydration, different foods, and time zones would completely disrupt my digestive system.
I realized there was a real gap in the market for a convenient digestive wellness product created specifically with travelers in mind. That's when I developed Travel-eeze, our hero product—a delicious, single-serving powdered drink mix designed to support bowel regularity while on the go. I created the solution I desperately needed for myself, and it ultimately changed my life.
From there, eeze Natural Health expanded with Daily-eeze, our daily prebiotic and immune support formula created to nourish beneficial gut bacteria and support everyday digestive wellness and regularity.
At eeze Natural Health, we help our customers feel more comfortable, confident, and in control of their digestive wellness. Gut issues can affect everything, from how you travel to how you socialize and enjoy everyday life. Our mission is to make digestive support simple, enjoyable, and easy to incorporate into a real routine, so our customers can spend less time worrying about their gut and more time living life with ease and flow.
If someone wants to start a business, what advice will help them?
My biggest advice is to start before you feel completely ready. If you wait for the perfect time, the perfect plan, or for everything to be figured out, you may never begin. Entrepreneurship is a journey of learning, adjusting, and growing along the way.
I also believe you have to truly understand your "why." Starting and growing a business will come with challenges, setbacks, and moments when you question yourself. Your why is what keeps you moving forward when things don't go as planned. For me, eeze Natural Health was born from a problem I personally struggled with for years, and my passion for helping others with similar digestive challenges continues to drive me.
Don't be afraid to ask for help, surround yourself with people who know more than you, and be open to feedback. I've learned that some of the best opportunities come from relationships, mentorship, and simply being willing to share your story.
Most importantly, be resilient. My journey has taught me that success isn't always about things going according to plan, it's about how you respond when they don't. Keep showing up, stay connected to your purpose, and don't give up on the vision you have for yourself and your business.
What was one feedback from a happy customer/client that you won't forget about?
One piece of customer feedback I will never forget came from a woman who told me that Travel-eeze allowed her to spend less time feeling uncomfortable while traveling and more time making memories. She called it her "essential travel companion."
That really stayed with me because it's exactly why I created Travel-eeze. I know firsthand how digestive issues can affect your travel experience and even stop you from fully enjoying special moments. Hearing that something I created is helping someone feel more comfortable, confident, and present in their life is incredibly rewarding.
As a founder, sales and growth are important, but feedback like that reminds me of the real impact behind the business. Knowing that I've helped make someone's journey a little easier is something I will never forget.
Where do you see your company in the future?
I see eeze Natural Health becoming a nationally recognized digestive wellness brand that people trust to make gut health simple, approachable, and easy to incorporate into real life. My vision has always been bigger than one product. I want to build a family of innovative wellness solutions that support people through different stages, routines, and experiences in life.
In the future, I see Travel-eeze available wherever people travel, from airports and hotels to cruise lines and major retailers, making digestive support as easy to pack as any other travel essential. I also see Daily-eeze becoming a staple in people's everyday wellness routines, helping more customers prioritize their gut health before discomfort takes over their day.
As we grow, I plan to expand the eeze product line with thoughtfully developed solutions that address real digestive wellness needs. Ultimately, I want eeze Natural Health to be the brand people immediately think of when they hear "gut health made easy."
Most importantly, I want to continue building a purpose-driven company rooted in my own experience and focused on helping people feel more comfortable, confident, and free to enjoy their lives. My goal is simple but ambitious: to help millions of people love their guts and live life with more ease and flow.
What is the biggest misconception about your industry?
One of the biggest misconceptions about the digestive wellness industry is that gut issues are something you simply have to live with or only address when there's already a problem. So many people, especially women, normalize feeling bloated, uncomfortable, or irregular and assume it's just part of getting older, traveling, or having a busy lifestyle.
I know this firsthand because I spent years thinking my own digestive struggles were something I had to manage quietly. The truth is, gut wellness deserves to be part of our everyday health conversations, not something we're embarrassed to talk about.
Another misconception is that all digestive products are the same. Consumers often think the only options are harsh, reactive solutions. At eeze Natural Health, we're working to change that conversation by making digestive wellness simple, approachable, and easy to fit into real life.
My goal is to remove the embarrassment around gut health and empower people to pay attention to what their bodies are telling them. We need to talk about our guts more, because digestive wellness impacts how we feel, how we travel, and how fully we show up in our lives.
What has been one of your biggest struggle building your business and how did you deal with it?
One of the biggest struggles I've faced while building my business was losing my home, home office, and my entire business inventory in the Eaton Fire. In a matter of hours, everything I had worked so hard to build was gone. I had to pause my business, refund customers, and figure out how—or even if—I was going to start again.
Honestly, there were moments when I questioned whether I had the energy to rebuild both my personal life and my business at the same time. But I kept coming back to my "why." I created eeze Natural Health from my own lifelong struggle with digestive issues, and I knew there were people who needed the products I had worked so hard to create.
I dealt with the setback by taking things one step at a time, asking for help, and allowing my community to support me. I was incredibly fortunate to have people and businesses step forward with guidance, resources, and encouragement. I also learned that resilience doesn't always mean being strong every single day. Sometimes it simply means making the decision to keep going.
Rebuilding eeze Natural Health has not been easy, but it has given me an even deeper connection to my purpose. The fire may have destroyed my inventory, but it didn't destroy my vision. If anything, it reminded me just how committed I am to seeing this business grow and helping more people love their guts.
Who was your favorite music artist and athlete growing up?
Growing up, my favorite music artist was Michael Jackson. Of course, he was the King of Pop, but I also see him as the king of manifestation. His vision, discipline, and belief in what he could create were incredible. He didn't just dream big—he visualized greatness and put in the work to bring that vision to life. That mindset is something I really admire and try to carry into my own journey as an entrepreneur.
My favorite athlete was Florence Griffith Joyner, better known as Flo-Jo. I ran cross country growing up, and she was such an inspiration to me. I loved her confidence, strength, style, and the way she completely owned who she was. She showed me that you could be powerful, competitive, feminine, and uniquely yourself all at the same time. That left a lasting impression on me and continues to inspire me today.
Any shoutouts you want to make?
I have to give a huge shoutout to my family, who have been my biggest supporters throughout this entire journey. My mom has always encouraged me to believe in myself, dream big, and keep going, even during the most challenging moments. Her love and support have meant more to me than I could ever put into words.
And, of course, my husband, Brian, who has stood beside me through every high, low, crazy idea, setback, and celebration. He continues to support my dreams and encourage me, even when the entrepreneurial journey isn't easy. Having someone who believes in your vision, sometimes even when you're questioning it yourself, is truly priceless.
I'm incredibly grateful for my family and the amazing community of friends, mentors, and fellow entrepreneurs who continue to pour into me and eeze Natural Health. Building a business may start with one person's vision, but I've learned that you don't build something meaningful alone. I'm so thankful for everyone who has supported, encouraged, and cheered me on along the way.
