Hey! So nice to speak with you! Can you tell our readers a little bit more about yourself? Where are you originally from and where do you live now?

Miranda. Born, raised, and still in Paulding.

Tell us one thing you love about where you live now?

I love all of it (except the cold winters. Ha!).

Tell us a little bit more about what your company does and how it started? How does it help your customers?

Maid to Achieve Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. We help our clients achieve their clean home dreams. I started the company because I am a mother of 6 children and just cannot keep up myself. I wanted something reliable, and affordable. I just wasn't finding that. So I created a solution to my own problem, and get to help others in the process.

If someone wants to start a business, what advice will help them?

Just do it. Don't let the fear take over. Give it to God and let Him lead the way. And just push through the hard days. They end up being the most rewarding.

What was one feedback from a happy customer/client that you won't forget about?

We had one client contact me after her service to tell her that one of her children got home and said, "MOM! It smells SO CLEAN IN HERE". Haha, not that it even looked clean, but smelt it. She just got a kick out of her childs reaction. Just made me happy to know we were impacting the entire family in a good way.

Where do you see your company in the future?

I am hoping to grow into most of the Northwest Ohio region. With hiring more employees and gaining new clients and friendships along the way.

What is the biggest misconception about your industry?

That we are expensive, or only uneducated people can work for us. Both are very untrue. We are well worth the investment to help lower stress, and just get an extra hand with life. And we train our employees well, and actually not everyone can do it. Some people do not quite get the "clean" concept down. It takes skill and a keen eye for detail.

What has been one of your biggest struggles building your business and how did you deal with it?

Good employees. It is quite hard to find someone that is reliable, detail oriented, and someone that can pass a background check to send to my clients. My assistant and I are very blessed with the employees we have now, but it took a lot of weeding through resumes, and a lot of interviews to get where we are.

What was your favorite music artist and athlete growing up?

Oh, this is embarrassing now, but Eminem and Lil Wayne. As far as athlete's I wasn't huge on sports, so I can't really contribute to that question.

Any shoutouts you want to make?

Jesus. Absolutely Jesus, for everything. The good days and the bad. As well as my husband and kids for pushing through the hard days and the start up with me.
