Event Enchantment was born from a passion for creating beautiful events with reasonable price typically associated with professional planners. The founder built the company on the belief that every celebration deserves thoughtful design, attention to detail, and a touch of enchantment — regardless of budget. Over time, the business grew through dedication, creativity, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Event Enchantment helps customers by transforming their ideas into beautifully executed events that feel personal, polished, and stress‑free. The team works closely with each client to understand their vision, theme, and budget, then brings that vision to life through thoughtful design, curated décor, and seamless coordination. Whether it’s a birthday, wedding, baby shower, or corporate gathering, Event Enchantment handles the creative details, setup, and styling so clients can simply enjoy their celebration.

If someone wants to start a business, what advice will help them?

Turning a passion into a profession is one of the most rewarding ways to start a small business — and also one of the most realistic paths to success, because you’re building on something you already love, understand, and naturally invest energy in. Here’s advice that genuinely helps someone make that leap with confidence and clarity.

What was one feedback from a happy customer/client that you won't forget about?

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Richa to handle the decorations for my son’s first birthday. I actually got her contact just two days before the event, and despite the short notice, she absolutely nailed it.

What truly stood out was how deeply she understood the emotions behind this milestone.

She took complete ownership of the setup and brought the whole vision to life with so much care and passion. It’s rare to find someone who not only does great work but also connects with the story behind it. I’m so grateful for the magic she created for our special day. Highly recommend!

Where do you see your company in the future?

In the future, Event Enchantment, we envision expanding our creative offerings, introducing more customized décor options, and building a larger team that can bring even more ideas to life. Our goal is to continue elevating the client experience by offering full visual design concepts, mood boards, and seamless planning support from start to finish.

What is the biggest misconception about your industry?

One of the biggest misconceptions about the event‑planning industry is that planners only handle décor or show up on the day of the event to set things up. In reality, event planning involves weeks — sometimes months — of behind‑the‑scenes work that clients never see. Planners manage timelines, vendors, budgets, design concepts, logistics, communication, and countless small details that ensure everything runs smoothly.

What has been one of your biggest struggles building your business and how did you deal with it?

It wasn’t a smooth path. One of my biggest challenges in growing this business was limited funding to work any event. Every setup became an opportunity to show my dedication, my creativity, and my commitment to making each celebration special. Those early struggles taught me resilience and reminded me that growth often comes from the hardest moments.

At the same time, I was balancing everything with my corporate job as a Senior Business Analyst. Managing a demanding job while trying to grow a business required late nights, early mornings, and a lot of determination. But every small win reminded me why I started — the joy of creating something beautiful and meaningful for others.

Those struggles shaped me. They taught me patience, consistency, and the importance of believing in your own vision even when the road feels uncertain. And today, every event I create carries that story of persistence and passion.
