Hey! So nice to speak with you! Can you tell our readers a little bit more about yourself? Where are you originally from and where do you live now?

Dimple Bhatti. Miami.

Tell us one thing you love about where you live now?

The diversity.

Tell us a little bit more about what your company does and how it started? How does it help your customers?

Sage House Wellness is a holistic wellness space that integrates acupuncture, therapeutic coaching, and mind-body practices to support deep, lasting transformation. By addressing mental, emotional, and physical well-being together, it offers a personalized and intuitive approach that goes beyond traditional care—helping individuals regulate, heal, and realign from the inside out.

If someone wants to start a business, what advice will help them?

Nothing is built overnight. Align your passion with your purpose and take it one step at a time. Don’t give up on your dreams too fast.

What was one feedback from a happy customer/client that you won't forget about?

A client said I have been the only person who has been able to ‘disarm’ him and lower his defenses (therapeutic coaching). Another said she only got pain relief from Dr. Erika Shah after trying several other methods/places (acupuncture).

Where do you see your company in the future?

Sage House Wellness envisions growing into a recognized, integrative wellness brand that redefines how people experience healing and self-development. The future includes expanding into a multi-dimensional platform—offering in-person spaces, digital programs, and collaborative partnerships—while maintaining the depth, personalization, and intuitive care that set it apart. Ultimately, Sage House aims to become a trusted destination for those seeking meaningful, whole-person transformation on a larger, more accessible scale.

What is the biggest misconception about your industry?

One of the biggest misconceptions about this industry is that it offers surface-level relaxation or quick fixes. In reality, true integrative wellness work is deeply intentional and transformative, addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Another misconception is that modalities like acupuncture or therapeutic coaching operate separately, when in fact their combined approach can create more profound and lasting shifts than either could alone.

What has been one of your biggest struggles building your business and how did you deal with it?

The biggest challenge was integrating therapeutic coaching and acupuncture into a cohesive, distinctive approach—our own model of wellness, the Sage Alignment Method (S.A.M.). This method is designed to unify mental, emotional, and physical well-being into one seamless, intentional experience.

What was your favorite music artist and athlete growing up?
